Is this ebook only for couples in crisis?

Not at all. The guide is designed for couples who want to be more intentional about their relationship, whether things feel generally good, a bit flat, or very strained. You don’t need to be at breaking point to benefit from small, kind changes.

Do we need to read it together, at the same time?

You can if you’d like to, but it’s not essential. Some couples read it separately and then pick one or two questions to talk about. Others read it aloud together, like a mini workshop at home. Do whatever feels most doable for you both.

How long will it take us to work through?

You can read the whole ebook under an hour, but the reflection prompts are designed to be spread out over several weeks.

We live in different countries. Will it still help?

Yes. Many of the reflections and conversations can be done over video call, voice notes or messaging. There are specific prompts to help long-distance couples feel more connected.
